About the Swisher Agency
Kristin Swisher, Consultant/Agent
Kristin graduated from Baylor University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She began her career in Dallas with American General Group Insurance Company and transferred to Atlanta in 1991. She worked with the same family of companies in internal marketing positions until names as Director of Business Development in 1996. In this position, she was director of the underwriting, service and new issues departments. In 1997, Kristin transferred to the Austin Sales Office as the large group consultant. She broke off on her own and founded Swisher Agency (formally the Graham Group) in July 2000.

Lina Conrad, Director of Account Services
Lina graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Lina began her career as a marketing coordinator and office manager for a local benefits agency, with later was purchased by a larger property and casualty agency. Lina worked part time with Swisher Agency until accepting her current full time position in August 2003.
